- Serve as sole IT leader for 3 business entities, providing infrastructure ownership and hands-on support for 450+ users across multiple Texas locations.
- Led three ground-up facility network buildouts — a 50,000 sq ft Austin facility ($45K, 2019), a 96,000 sq ft Austin facility ($65K, 2025), and a 150,000 sq ft, 3-building Fort Worth campus ($20K) following acquisition of L&L Fabrication — each encompassing ISP procurement, structured cabling (ethernet and fiber), firewall configuration (SonicWall NSA), and switch deployment (Ubiquiti).
- Developed a PowerShell-based employee onboarding/offboarding automation connecting two Active Directory domains and an M365 tenant, reducing provisioning time from ~45 minutes to under 3 minutes per employee.
- Built a suite of proactive security and compliance scripts: daily AD audit flagging accounts inactive for 5+ consecutive days, weekly M365 audit for dormant licensed accounts, weekly archival of project bid folders idle for 180+ days, and monthly file server reporting by site.
- Leading an Active Directory domain migration from on-premises (mrsm.local) to AWS-hosted domain (aws.mrsheetmetal.com); project near completion with expected cutover by June 2026.
- Manage 3 physical servers, 14 VMware Windows Server VMs, and 7 AWS virtual servers (Windows and Red Hat Linux), with VEEAM-based backup and recovery.
- Administer Microsoft 365 across multiple tenants, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD, DNS, and Group Policy.
- Oversee Cisco, Meraki, Ubiquiti, and SonicWall NSA network infrastructure; manage MSP contracts for AWS, Azure, and ERP system support.
- Designed and implemented company-wide disaster recovery and business continuity plans covering all entities and sites.
- Supported North American office and field operations for an oilfield technology company; managed infrastructure across 1,000+ devices.
- Administered SCCM 2012 R2, MDT 2013, MobileIron MDM, VEEAM backups, and Exchange; owned enterprise patch management.
- Maintained 20+ Windows servers and managed telecom systems across multiple sites.
