About Me
I'm the sole IT authority at MR Sheet Metal, Inc., supporting three business entities and 450+ users across Houston, Austin, and Fort Worth. My role covers the full spectrum of enterprise IT — from designing and building ground-up facility networks to managing hybrid Active Directory, AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 across multiple tenants.
I take pride in building automation that actually solves problems — most recently a PowerShell-based employee onboarding/offboarding system that cut provisioning time from ~45 minutes to under 3 minutes. I'm equally comfortable in the server room and the boardroom, translating complex infrastructure decisions into business terms.
I hold a Master of Science in Information Technology Management and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, both from Western Governors University, along with professional certifications in project management and web technologies.
